Family-owned and operated, ESP has been serving falafel and hummus, tabouleh and dolmas for 15 years. But their namesakes are their claim to fame - pita bread filled with such goodies as grilled beef or exotically seasoned ground beef, or even a buffalo chicken version. For something different, try their open-face spinach and feta mini-pizza.
