Euro Bistro prides itself on being "The Best Kept Secret on Federal Hill," so we hope that owner Kenny Turchetta won't be upset that we're trumpeting his place. Unwind with a signature martini and Euro's outstanding fried smelts or calamari (and definitely try the classic Stracciatella soup). And we're calling it right now — Euro serves the best Chicken Marsala on the Hill. It's an intimate space with 10 seats at the bar and the same number of tables, with friendly, attentive service (shoutout to Tara and Sarah!). And you can take it outside: there's al fresco dining in the warmer months.
