It appears there isn't anything that Team Oringer-Bissonnette can't do freakishly well. We thought it couldn't get better than eating our weight in garlicky shrimp at Toro, but then they went and opened Coppa. Dubbed an "enoteca" by the duo (simply meaning "wine bar," or, as per Urban Dictionary: "a place where you drink wine, get drunk, and get sweet hookups"), the menu here is an authentic, clean-cut ode to the best of traditional Italian cooking, with a few gutsy twists. Forget the "Mahmah miah!" bullshit, and think house-made pasta with smoked pancetta, sea urchin, and farm egg. Don't mind if we do.
