As beer geeks, we're compelled to talk about Redbones' beer selection before we get to the food. They have enough local and exotic brews on tap — including, at this moment, both Chimay Tripel and Delirium Tremens. Impressive ales aside, their menu makes us feel — to quote John Ashbery — like "One at a feast who eats not, for he cannot choose/From among the smoking dishes." Deciding between Arkansas, Texas beef, Memphis, St. Louis, and baby back ribs is tough. So just get the Barbecue Belt combo and a friend to help you finish it all.
